Return Policy

LunaChics Return Policy:

Thanks for shopping with LunaChics!  We hope you LOVE the items you purchased, but just in case something doesn’t work out please follow the guidelines of our Return Policy.  You may contact us Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM EST for any questions about your purchase by calling 603.777.9956 or by emailing lunachics@comcast.net

Return/Exchange Information:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.
  • Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 7 days (unless the 7th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you.
  • Any items marked sale will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only.
  • Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return.  We’ll send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued.

To return/exchange your purchase:

  • You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.  Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
  • If the order is returned past the 7 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.
  • If your merchandise falls within the return  criteria, please return your items with a copy of your receipt to:
